1. What is Personal Data?
Personal data is defined in the KVKK as any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Accordingly, the information you share with us such as your name, surname, date of birth, identity number, email address, phone number, and similar information is considered personal data. ENVOY FİRE collects your personal data directly from you, automatically, or through other sources such as third-party platforms.
2. What is the purpose and legal basis of processing your personal data?
ENVOY FİRE collects and processes your personal data in order to fulfill our legal obligations arising from your relationship with ENVOY FİRE regarding products and services and to inform you about campaigns and advantages.
Accordingly, ENVOY FİRE collects and processes your personal data to evaluate and handle any complaints you may have, process your payments, improve our products, services, communication methods, and the functionality of our websites, and to offer you personalized products, communication content, targeted advertisements, and product recommendations.
For the purposes mentioned above, ENVOY FİRE processes and stores your personal data based on your explicit consent, or when it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract with you, or when it is required by our legitimate interests without harming your fundamental rights and freedoms, within the scope and purpose stated herein.
3. For what purpose and to whom do we transfer your personal data?
Your personal data may be shared with ENVOY FİRE shareholders, domestic/foreign affiliates, domestic/foreign persons and institutions with whom we cooperate as our business partners representing us directly/indirectly during the course of the business relationship and/or enabling us to conduct our activities (such as cargo, delivery, call center, database, cloud service providers). Furthermore, personal data may be shared with courts and other public institutions due to our legal obligations, limited to such cases. Additionally, your personal data and traffic data such as browsing information related to your visits to ENVOY FİRE websites may be shared with public institutions and organizations authorized by law to request this information for your security and to fulfill ENVOY FİRE’s obligations under the relevant legislation.
4. How do we store your personal data?
Your personal data shared with our company is stored on ENVOY FİRE’s secure domestic/foreign servers in compliance with relevant legal regulations, KVKK provisions, and ENVOY FİRE’s standards. In this context, ENVOY FİRE takes necessary technical and administrative security measures determined by legal legislation to ensure the security of your personal data.
5. How long do we keep your personal data?
Pursuant to Article 7/f.1 of KVKK, when the purpose requiring the processing of your personal data ceases to exist and/or the legal periods prescribed by the relevant legislation for storing your data expire, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized by us.
6. What are your rights arising from the Law on the Protection of Personal Data?
Under Article 11 of KVKK, to the extent that ENVOY FİRE processes your personal data as the data controller;
provided that it is within the framework of KVKK and other applicable legislation;

• If your personal data has been processed, to request information about it,
• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
• To request correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• To request deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions stipulated in the KVKK legislation,
• To request notification of the corrections, deletions, or destructions requested pursuant to the above to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• To object to a result against you arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• To claim compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing of your personal data.
You can submit your requests to exercise these rights in writing or in a method to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, if any, to our Company.
